My Gen is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to energize, educate and empower our younger generation to lead sustainable lives and be active environmental stewards of the earth they are destined to inherit. The term "My Generation" has historically been used by our youth to claim ownership over their generation.

My Gen’s purpose is to inspire and encourage today’s young people to reclaim that ownership and take action to enhance their futures and better their communities.  It intends to achieve its goals by designing innovative programs that will both educate and empower our youth to make a difference in their futures. The Green Festival Challenge is our first program.
